We are a family-owned company bringing small batch vegan staples to New York. In 2019 we set out with a dream to create a plant-based burger that our grandfather would have loved, and then we named it after him. 

Our burger is made from organic pea protein flavored with umami-rich shiitake mushrooms and tastes as delicious in tacos as it does on a bun. Bacon lovers rejoice for our smoky sweet bacon, which is sliced from king oyster mushrooms and cooks up crispy and chewy in the pan. Our eggs may jiggle, scramble, and taste just like an omelet, but they are actually made from mung beans.

The outcome of our dream is a growing menu of products that look, taste and feel like the real thing. All of our products are made in a kitchen, not formulated in a lab. We are a chef-driven family business on a mission to bring simple, delicious food to everyone from grandpa to the kids. You don’t even have to tell them it’s vegan.
