The Valentine burger was inspired by a core concept: create a hamburger made from plants that can replace meat in everyday foods. It is lightly seasoned and lends itself to anything from hamburgers to bolognese, tacos, or chili. We make our burger from pea protein, shiitake mushrooms, beets, and coconut oil, with a binding ingredient made from bamboo fiber. The result is a product that drips with flavor and bites like a burger but without the guilt. Enjoy!
