Our signature bacon is par-cooked & seasoned in a smoky-sweet marinade. Our ultra-versatile bacon pairs perfectly with our eggless egg or atop anything from a BLT to a cobb salad. It cooks up beautifully whether sauteed in a pan or baked in the oven.

We set out to make bacon effortlessly flexible in its uses. Given the popularity of bacon, it needed to pair easily with everything from omelets to ice cream. It also needed to be simple without unnecessary ingredients, and most importantly, be bacon! The noble king oyster mushroom, with its ideal shape and dense meatiness, was a perfect choice. We slice and season it, poach it in coconut oil, and bathe it in a sweet and smoky marinade. It fries up crispy with a meaty chew, and pairs with, well – anything you can dream of!
